At its original release date, the number of characters and stages staggered most and fans were rightly excited. With almost no other game that could compare to the Tenkaichi series’ style, it was easy to stand out. They had distanced themselves from the traditional fighting games where characters are on either side of the screen. Instead they had adopted a new and revolutionary style, giving players all the freedom they never knew they needed. Large interactive environments and an emphasis on 3D movements, means you have almost no limitations.
