A truly timeless classic, Dragon Ball: Raging Blast really delivers a fun and enjoyable game playable even to this day. After the release of Dragon Ball Z: Burst Limit, the developers had some high standards to reach. A new series compared to the previous game so the creators had a little wiggle room to be different. This game contained features that allowed the characters to portray facial expressions, which looks pretty good. If a character took substantial damage then their clothing will noticeably change to a more torn and tattered look. That’s not all either, as even the characters will develop cuts and bruises too as a result of the damage. You can tell that the people who worked on the visuals really took their inspiration from the anime/manga series.
A beautifully presented story allows players to fully immerse themselves into the Dragon Ball world through Dragon Ball: Raging Blast. The story mode called Dragon Battle Collection includes the events of the original Dragon Ball Z story. However they have changed things up a little by adding a twist. The actions that you and your character take in battle can affect the story in many different ways. It covers all the classic sagas from the series’, from the Saiyan saga to the Kid Buu saga.
Dragon Ball: Raging Blast allows you to really test your skills and strategies in battle. Challenge yourself online against other players in both ranked and unranked matches, fight friends and players from around the world. You can create World Tournaments between friends and strangers to decide who the greatest fighter of them all is.
